It's very rare that I ever do a picture that I feel good about. I feel like this drawing convinced me that I am finally improving.

New Landscape of Heber

Monet had a home in Giverny, France. It was where he got a lot of his inspiration for his later work. There he had a garden with a japanese bridge and a pool with lilies. To me, Midway, Utah is a sort of Giverny for me. Although there are more beautiful places in the world, Midway and Heber are two very special places for me because of the environment I was raised in and the great memories I have there.
